2026 Vendor Applications

This application form is for all street vendors, including Product and Business information, excluding Culture Food Vendors. The application closing date is March 31, 2026.  Please see the form for details. Inquiries may be sent to vendors@summerinthecity.ca.

The fee listed covers one space (sizes listed). Strict boundaries enforced. Extra storage units, vehicles, etc. will be required to park in general parking areas. For all vendors, if oversized vendors not reported on application, they will be relocated upon arrival and invoiced for extra space. (Please note: if you have not accurately recorded your footage you may be denied access to the festival due to space limitation!) Fire Code – All units must meet Provincial and City of Steinbach fire code standards. Prices are based on three days, June 19, 20, and 21, 2026. Please be prepared for all types of weather.

2026 Food Vendor Applications

This is for all street food vendors (excluding the Culture food vendors). Application will remain open from January 1 – 31, 2026. Approvals to be sent by email by February 15th. Full payment will be required upon approval. Applications received after January 31 will be subjected to a LATE FEE OF $50 FOR NON FOOD VENDOR AND $100 FOR FOOD VENDOR. Please see form for details. Extra storage units, vehicles, etc. will be required to park in general parking areas. Food Vendor - $28/foot
Hydro*
Hydro Service – 120 Volt/15 Amp only. (Limited Availability) **If you do not request Hydro, there will be no Hydro available to you on festival weekend. Vendors are encouraged to supply their own generators if possible. Hydro spots are limited and given at the vendor coordinator’s discretion.

Max. file size: 64 MB.
A Copy of Food Vendor Permit is required to complete process unless you are exempt from obtaining a mobile permit.
